My father always disturb me to use medicine after eating so that i will regain all the energy i lost during the working period but sometime i refused and i will tell him that i don't involved in any hard work today but he will not agree. Did you use medicine daily and why?

I do not take medicines daily and indeed I can't remember the last time I had to take any at all. I eat some of just about everything, a bit of this and a bit of that and fortunately so far I have no problesm.
If I feel my thrpat tingling and my nose itching then I will have something to soothe it but it is usually something very bland.
I drink a variety of herbal teas and I think they help a lot in keeping things working as they should be. A warm drink certainly aids digestion rather than medicines.

Yes I take medicine every day because of my health. They've been prescribed to me by my doctor. I don't like having to take so many as I do but in order to get my body to do what it's supposed to, I have to take medications to do so.

Taking my doctor's advice, I have to take some medicines daily. One I just must not miss is the medicine for blood pressure. With the stresses at work, my blood pressure needs to be kept under control. I am also practising "Yoga Meditation" which is very good for mental and physical health. It helps to keep blood presure under control too.

yes i do have a significant amount of vitamins and meds in my possesion as i am health concious, i also eat what i want and still ive not been to hospital in years because of a health issue, ive only been to hospital to visit some people.
