How many ways to improve the blog quality

For some people that didn't have some moneys to host their site, yeah, . .like me, making a blog is the best way. I just have some articles on my blog and maybe not updated,. .i haven't any idea for writing anymore. Can you tell me how to improve the blog quality? Unless adding many updated articles, and maybe also related to get more traffic.

problogger is one of the leading information sources on the internet, good tip, should have thought about that before. ;)
Their 30 days-course is the absolute must for each serious blogger. Comes at a price though, it is at these times that I like warez. ;)
