I have change my monitor with LCD type though maybe the cost is higher than the old type. I believe that it's more efficent. I ever hear that LCD was didn't gives a radiation as the OLD did, is that really true guys? And which you prefer?

LCD has a very sharp picture than the old monitors, more durable also save electricity and not heat quickly. In fact now the price difference from CRT to LCD is not much difference just a little. But that is still lacking is the time to see top or bottom and side of the LCD monitor still looks like a negative photo. Even so, I like to use the LCD because it does not hurt in the eyes.

I prefer LCD. I don't know exactly about its radiation (because I don't have any tool to measure it), but empirically it is more comfortable viewing LCD. In broader sense about energy crisis, it is wise to use a monitor with lower wattage.

I would definitely choose the old LCD monitor rather than the Old monitor, which is so thick and big in size. It occupies all the necessary space on my desk. As matter of fact, we should choose the LCD monitor for our standard home using. The price for it is dropping significantly already. So, it wasn't that expensive at all.
