paypal wishlist, how does it work?

So, I saw many mylotters start mentioning about the facebook and paypal wishlist, and spread out the words to friends you know, and invite people to join the program. You will ultimately win the $100 prize. So, I am still confusing about it, how does it work? Simply refer it to your facebook friends, and spread out the promotion on the facebook?

To answer your question, you will get $1 in the program by simply joining in, create your wishlist, as long as your country is eligible. Once you refer a friend, and she created her own wishlist and linked it to her Paypal account, you are also going to earn $1 for it. 1 friend/referral=$1.

Will it still work when, say, the person you referred used the wishlist but didn't have nor make a paypal account? Some of my friends have added my invitation and it seems I got $1 for each, but will it not be valid if paypal found out they didn't make or have an account?

As per the promotion's Terms and Conditions, its states there that:
"You will be entitled for $1 for your own Paypal Wishlist plus an additional $1 per friend who uses your invitation to create his own wishlist, PROVIDED your friend has Paypal account.
To answer your question, though you will see $1 for that friend who accepted your invitation, BUT he DOESN'T HAVE Paypal account, that will not count as your earnings

Will it still work if, say, you referred to a friend who does not have a paypal account but still accepted your invitation. I got $1 for my friends who just took a look at the wishlist / used it and decided that making an account might be a hassle. Will paypal withhold the $1 from me if these people didn't make an account?

I too would like to know more about this. I sure could use that money for christmas. Im trying to find good deals that will help with Christmas. I was hoping that someone will give you the answer so that I can get the answer too.
