Hi friends, do you think that formal education is required for success in your jobs, can you stil be successful without having a formal degree in the field you are working, Many of the big companies founder did not have a formal education in the field where they created a name for themselves.

For ordinary people, formal education is required to be prepared for more job opportunities. It is true the founders of the big companies could be self educated, the absolute number is not high. Besides, the process of receiving education itself could be fun, during which you learn more than just knowledge.

I don't think formal education is a requirement for success. As you said a lot of successful individuals didn't have a formal education. Well they did study but didn't graduate. And I've also seen people in my area become very successful without even going to high school. It's necessary but not really a requirement.

YES! Get a formal education. Then you can help. Ppl. Many people help people anyway. Wth a wonderful conscience you can help people. Tell tehm all about life and what u know. But you will kno more. I am thinking. So do what you think you should do. THere;s all sorts of people, right? THere is. All sorts of ppl go to college, all sorts graduate, fall short. all sorts don't go. It's weird. I don't think it is required, but if I were successful I probably, who knows. Get a pro opinion if you want. Or family. Or not. Choose.
