Hello Everyone, I have seen many young people who has high standards and working very hard for making their dreams of becoming a billionaire come true. But I wonder what will they do with the money they make while becoming a billionaire. Will they use it for themselves or they will contribute it to the welfare of the society too. What do you people think that you will do if that billionaire was you? Thanks In Advance.

i think i would have some of my dreams come true. sincerily, i would go to a world football championship, and second i would gather all the animals that live in the street (in my contry are a lot of them, and people often are mean with them). after that, i do not know. i would help my sister to make her own bussiness. and i really do not know what else because i do not have any hopes of becoming a billionaire, so i do not make any dreams.

Well If you have a lot of money you wont have to work or not to work every day. you can put money in bank so it gaines intress(%). I would definently donate if I had a lot of money. Who doesnt wwant to retire having own house etc... I cant say what people will do with the money if they have it. Every people is different. You can only know it if you know those rich people very well.

I forgot to add that I would sent my children to good/best school. When some day I wont walk on earth then my children will undestand about money and work and wont just spend it away. Its obvious that some of the money goes to parents and relatives. It gives me idea to make a firm so to hire people and pass it on to next generation.

Hmmm... outside bangalore i saw one huge land.. i'll buy that and will build a huge building.. like a city in itself.. where i'll make all people who starve for food shelter etc, poor people, old aged who are kicked out of their home by their childrens..,etc people.. and all those people who are ignored by our society will be gathered over that city.. And there life will be entirely different. Life for them will be the way they never experienced or enjoyed.. I'll spent time with everybody.. starting with poor childrens ( by playing cricket in early morning 5 ), morning walk with aged people... ( at around 7 ).. etc etc... I'll spend full day with them.. For them.. and will make them feel that they also means something in the world.. This will make me BILLIONAIRE from happiness and self satisfaction also.. As i feel Money cant buy everything in this world...!! Somethings are really more precious than money and that is LIFE and MEMORIES that should be cherished....

First off, I would pay my parent's debts and bills off. All of them. Because my mom tried to give me the best childhood, and especially senior year, that she could, even on such a limited budget. My dad was sort of just... there. But I would help him with his bills too, because in my mind it would be cruel not to. Then I would buy myself a nice car [because I need one to get to work] , and I would pay off my debt to my friend [I seriously owe him a LOT] . Then I would save a bunch, and maybe take my mom and boyfriend on a vacation. A Disney cruise is what my mom has always dreamed of, so that's what we would do. I would donate a lot to local charities that had helped us out when our times were horrible. Places like the food bank, the public assistance office, etc. I might donate some to bigger charities, but I prefer to help out smaller ones that struggle with keeping themselves afloat. There are so many families around us that we may or may not know about who need help. Serious help. I want to help them, because I've been in that boat. I've been there. That's most likely what I would do if I was a "billionaire".

Well,Interesting thread!!Who doesn't want to be a billionaire??I want to be one too someday. And I have got huge plans after I become one. When I become a billionaire,I would start a lot of industries in different parts of the country which would employ a lot of people and would also contribute to the growth of the country in the process.I would try and help all people close to me to move to the next level in their careers using ethical means. Also would try and do something for the poor and animals and would try to make this Earth a better place to live.

First of all, I would use part of them to give my parents a better life, and then help all my relatives, they happen not to be rich.I would go on helping anyone those who really need money.I would also contribute some to the welfare of the society, but I would prefer to help poor people face to face.Besides helping others,I would like to go back to school to learn anything I enjoy and travel anywhere I like.lol Wouldnt that be wonderful?!

I'll not hoard my money, I will be a blessing to everyone..use it for good...to help the church, missionaries, charitable institution or maybe I'll support children for education. At the same time help people to get a job, I'll be having a business which needs a lot of workers. (^_^)

Some build a niche of investment involves in real estate or build a company and just like the owner of Microsoft Bill Gates have his own foundation dedicated to help the charitable activities. Some billionaire build churches and help the poorest countries. Though, i think with the many resources they have they could help a lot of people despite gaining profits they also shares their blessing to the less fortunate.

Hi harshmthakkar, :) That would be a milestone worth achieving in life. :) If I ever reach it, the first question that will come to my mind is, where to from here. And that is when I will know what I want to do with all that money. I am not going to say I would set aside something for charity or any other purpose. If I was of that kind, I would do it even before. I wouldn't need to be a billionaire for that. :) I will do charity as I deem fit, and not apportion any part of my billion. :) It wont be a dole out for sure. It would be some trust that generates regular income, and is there every month, or every year kind of thing for specific purposes. :)

If I were a billionaire, I would first and foremost guarantee that my family and any close friends were well-provided for (obviously after I've taken care of myself). They would be my top priority due to the fact that they have shaped and contributed to my life. If they were struggling with money, housing, education or anything similar, I would help them and give them aid in any way I possibly could. Next on my list of priorities would be any charitable causes that I feel strongly about. Greed is one of my worst hates, and to have all of that cash without offering a helping hand to those less fortunate than me would be utterly unforgivable. I personally believe that there is no excuse for anybody who is particularly wealthy to not give money to those who particularly struggle with life at least once in their lifetime. I know that helping EVERYBODY would be absolutely impossible, yet even if I managed to change one person's life, I'd be delighted. Charities such as support for the elderly, homeless and children that have been outcast by their parents would perhaps be my first choice of charitable causes, followed by medical causes such as cancer. And, for any money left over (and I'm sure there would be plenty of it), I'd just put it away in the bank (hoping that the recession has ended by this time, of course) and generate that beautiful interest. Damn, makes me slightly depressed now, knowing that I have as much chance of becoming a billionaire as I do of sprouting a set of wings by tomorrow morning.

Hi! The first thing I will do, if I were a billionaire, is to build my own house. Not to buy, but to build because I already have some ideas how I want my house to look like. First I must buy a terrain, where I will build the house. Then I will need workers to build it and finaly I will need furniture and all other stuffs for the house. After that I will go to a trip to all the countries from Asia, but first I will buy the best DSLR- camera, because I love taking pictures and I need the best stuff for it. I probably will travel with a ship, but I wonder what is better- to buy my own sailboat or to travel with a liner. Well. I'll figure it out. I will stay at least for 2 weeks in each country, so I am going to see all I must and want see. After my vacation, I will spend some of my money to upgrade the houses of all my relatives and to send them on a trip to whereever they want. Well, I also will invest a big part of the money in some business or in a bank, so I will have money to the rest of my life. After that I realy don't know what I am going to do with the rest of it.

If I were a billionaire, first of all, I'll put up a business that can support me, my family and my relative when the inconvenience comes and I'll buy a house for us. Next, I'll make some charity programs to help people recover. The last will be my luxury I think. But of course, I won't forget the reason why I became a billionaire. (GOD)

I suppose if I were a billionaire I would do the same as a lot of others such as Bill Gates do, start a business, donate to worthy causes, give an expensive item to a hospital, pay for some necessary equipment, employ a lot of people in my business at good wages. I would take ten percent off first for tithes, and I would also pay any outstanding bills, and improve the house. I would also be able to travel more, but what makes up upset is that I could have used this money when I was younger like in my late teens and early twenties.

It would be a big problem. The natural action would be how can I keep the billion and make it profitable. And helping the society that mostly need help could be a good start. I could finance a livelihood program that would lead to a more productive social interaction that will make people work so to have changes in their lives. Any program that would lead people forward making them self sufficient to live a better life.Billions would just disappear if it would only be given without teaching the people how to stand on their feet. Poverty is a big problem in our country. People are just dependent on the amount of help they can get without their sweat. But if they can be compelled to learn how they can help themselves its a more better option where to spend billions than just giving money point blank.

Hi harshmthakkar18,If i were a billionaire, first thing to do is divide it into four parts. The first part is Exclusively for our offerings to God,for thanksgiving day.The second part is for my family ,to buy what they wants. The third part is for our relatives as shares for my blessings.and the last part is for trust funds for the family.for future needs. Thanks for the nice topic being so rich.ha ha ha!Good luck!
