Green PC Question

Has anyone used Green PC? I'm having a problem with the program itself. At one point I had earned over 20 dollars, but sometimes it will randomly load up at 0.00 and I have to start over. But it seems it adds up eventually back to the original amount. Has anyone else had this problem? All the best :)
