I crave chocolate and fast food. McDonald's, Del Taco and Taco Bell those are my favorite. Chocolate I crave Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, Snicker's, Skor's, Rolo's and ButterFingers. All of these are so delicious!

Some months I just have to have the chocolate and other months I crave the salty things. Guess it just depends on my mood when 'our' visitor comes.

chocolate and salty stuff. I get really sick sometimes, so I have to watch it. I love salads with italian dressing, or pickles!

actually, i realised that i craved for any edible foods 1 week prior to my PMS. i will eat non stop. when my pms is here, i will lose appetite.

I definitely crave a lot of chocolate when I have that time of month rolls around. Though I've always been a big fan of chocolate even before I get my period each month. I think it's normal for a lot of people to crave chocolate when we get our periods each month.
Though I try to not eat all to much chocolate due to the fact that.. I find during this time of month I will end up gaining unnecessary weight if I eat all to much of it. So I try to not eat to much of it during this time of month. Instead I will try to turn to buying a bag of fruit or eating a lot healthier then having to turn to things such as chocolate.
I know that sometimes because I begin to feel weak when this time of month comes around that.. I will try to make myself some fruit shakes as I find them not only to be healthy but they help me to get some of my energy back that I may have lost. I also will put a tiny bit of sugar in the fruit shakes so it helps to give me even more of a boost.
Sometimes having fruit ends up making me feel a lot better quite honestly instead of..Turning to filling myself with chocolate. Yes I know it's strange but I think we all have different cravings sometimes during this time.
In conclusion.. The three things that I tend to turn to when I have my period are.. Fruit shakes, chocolate, & a nice hot water bottle. I find it truly does help me to not think to much of the pain I may be experiencing. And it does give me some form of comfort at least for the mean time until that time of month passes..
I think trying to find ways to make ourselves feel better during this time is the best way to make the time go by a lot faster.. Instead of just dwelling on the pain.. At least we have some form of food to make us feel a tiny bit better.. haha.

I crave for a specific chocolate drink, it's called Choco Filipino during the period.
