When does www.paidtoclick.in pay you

I have $0.03820 money in in this website http://www.paidtoclick.in and i have requested cash out through paypal but they wont pay me it has been 3 days. Also there is a option where you can see your request and my request is not even there!!
When you go to request cash out what do you write for your account ID? I wrote my paypal account is that right?

well according to me you did right but you did not tell what is minimum payout of that site .I think you did wrong because if you have just that balance in account so how can you request payout because If I am not wrong there should be minimum payout thatswhy you did not receive your money ???????

well sometimes they pay daily or weekly or i think whenever they can process it. i think ive had like 5 times that they paid me =)
