have you ever cried after drinking too much, or said too much ?

i hardly drink alcohol,and i do have some beer but very much?yesterday ,i saw a man who was drunk,and he was on the grand with crying,later he sit by the door of my uncle, and said some words in unclear way?
so have you experienced this,or you did worse fight with somebody?
