Yes, I do. Before I go to work, I take a bath or shower. When I arrive home, before I go to bed, I take a warm bath. I really feel uncomfortable if I work without taking a bath and I cannot sleep well if I do not take a bath before going to bed.

I used to take a batn in the morning. it freshes me from sleepy mood. I also take bath in the evening if I am very tired. But in summer I take a bath in the evening compulsorily.

I don't know about before and after work but I always take a bath before leaving the house in the morning or when I wake up and also before going to bed. It has been said that a bath in the morning refreshes you to have a healthy quick start. hi careguarden^^;; i do both when i was working in a company before. i wanted to smell fresh when meeting people so i make sure to have showers in the morning. and when i got home, i also take a shower to remove dust and dried sweats which cannot be avoided while traveling to work and back home. now that i just stay at home, i usually just wash in the morning and then full shower before bed or after cooking food for dinner. i want to be fresh before going to bed which makes it easier for me to sleep..

I know it, it is up to company working entironment. It is no need for me to take a bath before or after work. The people need to take a bath before work when the working entironmeng is requested very very clean and no any dust, that we call "No dust workshop". When the people cover many dust when they work, they need to take a bath after work.
