Hi! I sleep about 7,5-8,5 hours in a whole day, because I hate sleeping in the afternoon and I also hate wasting my time in sleeping.

I think your sleeping routine is just fine.I just tried sleeping less than 8 hours and now it gain my weight because according to the expert,it's let you think hungry all the time. The last months,I just slept for 4 hours a day and It's totally not healthy anymore,Now I am trying to make it as much as possible 8 hours a day to make it normalize.

I probably sleep during the day for about twenty minutes! This is only an afternoon nap though and I think it's quite a healthy thing to do this from time to time. I don't do this on a daily basis though. That's quite a lot of hours that you sleep during the day so I'm assuming you work nights or something of that nature whereby you have to sleep during the day. I use to work nights myself and I found it very difficult to sleep during the day. When I sleep at night now I tend to get a good night's sleep, about eight hours or more! Andrew

I usually sleep at least 5 to 6 hours a day. It seems that my body is already used to such habit of sleep time. Before, I use to sleep at least 8 hours a day. Despite, sleeping 5 hours, I really do not feel tired nor sleepy during the day. I do not even take a nap in the afternoon. I think each one of us have their own sleeping time, though most people say that 8 hours of sleep is the best for everyone.

I sleep 6-10 hours a day... according to experts.. 10 hours sleep is very good for maintaining youthful glowing skin... =) but i guess at least 6-8 hours of sleep is enough to work competently for a day..

i love sleeping and when it is winter it takes hours for me to get out of the bed...
i generally sleep 7-8 hours a day and on holidays it extends to 10 hours...
On holidays i skip the breakfast because the time i get up its lunch time already...
i think 7-8 hours sleep a day is good enough... this keeps me active the whole day while my colleagues keep yawning in the office...
