did you think yoga is helpful in all disease

hey guys all world is behind the yoga again since they left it about thousand years ago.now the situation is that all people are trying to practice yoga for their better and healthy life and some yoga teachers also says that yoga is capable to cure everything.
what would you say and what your experience says just let me know that can yoga is helpful to cure very disease.

Yoga is pretty good and effective. But, like any therapy it is not a cure for all diseases. In fact, it is more a preventive therapy than a curative one. So if you regularly do Yoga then you give yourself more chance of not having any diseases. Of course, Yoga has been used to cure quite a few diseases as well, but it does not cure all the diseases.

well i dont think that yoga is helpful in all desease. for some maybe yes. but not for all disease. i think better if yoga combined with medicine from docter.

yoga is very helpful in many ways. first of all yoga is for relaxation and inner peace and it helps prevent diseases. now coming down to your question yoga does help to cure a number of diseases but not all the diseases. i have personally seen people overcoming hypertension, hypothyroidism, backache, prolapsed uterus and fibroids of the uterus.

yes yoga can cure and keeps us apart from the most prevalent diseases, i have been practising yoga for three months forwhich i separate some my valuable time at the morning. As yoga consists of stretching of the body as well as meditation through diffrent position passes the energy to each and every atom of the dody by which they enstronged our body as well as our soul. so i strongly suggest u to do yoga regularly and u feel the fruitness of the life without diseases.

I am not sure yoga would help me or not. I have thought of trying it. I am in a lot of pain most of the time.
