Either of the two has pros and cons. but thinking of all the after birth effect, I'll prefer to choose the Normal delivery, because technically most of the healing process would be internal. Unlike Cesarian, it's both internal and external healing. what do u think?

If my wife and I are allowed to choose we would prefer normal delivery. For one, women are design to gave birth, although its hard and painful, if a mother is healthy then the you can almost be sure that she and the body is going to be okay. Give her a few days and she would be up and doing her usual daily activities. Not to mention that it's cheaper to give birth the natural way. On the other hand, CS involves injecting the mother with general anesthesia which has a long term effect on the mother. Although it's almost pain free when a woman undergoes a CS operation, women feel the pain after the effects of the anesthesia subsides, and you have to give her a few weeks, sometimes even months before she can resume her daily activities and worst part is the expense. But it's sad that we were not given the chance to choose her delivery as a matter of fact my wife delivered all our three kids under cesarian section and it sure burned a hole in my pocket LOL. Cheers!

well, and I'm sure the expense is or are worth your babies. My cousin just gave birth through CS and though she seems to be normal, her recovery and movement seems to be in slow motion.. So, for my next baby, I'll surely try to make it in Normal delivery.. hopefully.. :)

Well, if you delivered a baby under Cesarian Section, chances are you'll deliver the next baby under the same operation not unless there's a 3-year gap between your deliveries. My wife and i also preferred to have our second baby through normal delivery but the gap is just more than a year so the doctor advised us that it's dangerous. I don't want to risk anybody so we opted for the Cesarian Section.

I have had 3 c-sections, so this is what I know. I would prefer it. I don't know what it is like to have natural.
