How to earned in Paypal Wishlist ?

Today one of our myLot user message me that 'Paypal Wishlist' is also another way of making money online. I visit the link but I can not see how this Paypal Wishlist work. I am wondering if Paypal and Faceboook really pays $1.00 in joining their social network because I don't think they pay that big amount. Please comment myLotters maybe this is just another SCAM.

I already have $46 in my wishlist, i have a paypal account, if Facebook does not give me my earnings, I will be more happy to Deactivate My Account in facebook, its gonna be the end in facebook.

Congrats mrfdg1972 Will wait until february for the payment, so far i still don't have i my WishList this good offer for Asian Countries to earned with atleast $1.00 above.

yeah...I'm also trying to figure out what this paypal wishlist works, my friend invited me but I don't understand a thing. It seems to be somekind of a scam, that's what I think
