it's not necessary to walk ten thousand steps in every day, I think the reason is so that our blood circulation is not obstructed because of the many measures undertaken by our feet. Not many people will be prone to motion sickness, they do it for keep health.

Hello Prima641 this is checkmail and have known this thing its the recent guidlines about walking and being fit from some docs.Yeah they say that normal person must atleast go for 10000 step thats at least 5 miles, hour, etc in order to exercise and be healthy.Yeah but according to me the 10000 steps or 5 miles must be started in parts at the begining.Me too don't count in step, go for min and hour countings.I do go for morning and evening walks which are mostly very long, alone in nature.
