best ptc?

Hey guys, i've been seeing a lot of thing about PTC, good and bad, and I know that the only way i'm going to make money on them is through referrals, something i'm confident I can get over time, SO... What do you guys think are the TOP 3 (no scam) PTC sites?

Neobux hands down.... Have you read what Neobux is doing? SVbux closed down so Neobux is funding SVbux to pay back all of their users who invested money. That shows right there how amazing Neobux is...

I have a number of sites on my blog that have paid me. On there I would only highly recommend 3. They are my personal top 3 sites. They are neobux (which you will hear alot of), Paidmailz and Matrix mails.
