Hi, mylotters, I learned a artical that we can build up our blogger from google to put google adsence, do you have your own free blog? Could you pls give me some advices? I think it's not easy to earn online now.what's your ways to earn?

You should join traffic exchange site. They will provide you visitor to your site. You will get visitor when you visit someone else blog. Add and pm me if you want the site. Happy mylotting!!!

The problem is I don't have my own site now, do I need to build up a site? Is it free? Could you pls teach me?

There are many free blogging websites like blogger.com and wordpress.com. Once you get a website going to have to maintain and regularly update it with "fresh content." If you plan to make money off it then you need to do some research and find some search engine techniques.
As for adwords you should be able to add it from the editor for whatever blogging service you pick. There are tons of them. Just find one you like.
