stress free

i sometimes listen to soft music because i believe that it can lessen my stress feelings. how about you?

hello genzzz, when i feel stressed...i just take a bath and let the water washed away my stress...water gives me a good and calming feeling...i just enjoy its flow on my body and let my mind be free from any stressful thinking... after a while, i stop and take a deep breath! huh! and sigh! haha then just give myself a time to rest and relax, yes soft music can help...but the most that really washed away my stress is a prayer... good day & welcome to mylot.

yah,i agree on that.. the most powerful thing is prayer..no one else but prayer, because if you really trust God then you are stress and worry-free.

i play with my daughter. talking to her or just watching her sleep blow away all my stress.

i also agree with you about that as a mom.In fact, all of our problems are gone if we see our child happy and with very sweet smile to us.

Hi,gen,it's really work out..i too experienced many times,when i get tension,i keep off all the works and start hearing soft and slow and old music in my bed room.Thanks for starting this discussion.

Hi. Same here. Music relaxes my spirit. Also, I sometimes listen to audio books to relieve myself from stress. Listening to music or audio books diverts my attention to creating/visualizing what I am hearing.

you are right.music relaxes one's spirit. there is peace in music especially the soft and mellow musics.

I do the same thing. Also, sometimes, I'll dance to the music which helps work out my stress.
