Do you still count on with your family?

When we get married we tend to have less communication with our parents and siblings. Since we're busy with our own family. Often we tend to go to our close friends every time we have problems and asked some help. How about you, do you still count on with your family, do they help the same before?

In finance, I don't count on my parents anymore since I graduated. But in other things, I'm still counting on my parents. I'd like to tell them all good things about me, and ask their opinions. I know, an adult should make the decision herself, not troubling parents anymore. even though, I still like to count them, not because I can't make the decision, I just want my parents feel that I stll need their help. I'm far away from home, so just can go home every Spring Festival,I don't want distance to block our care for each other, so I tell them all and make them feel as if they were just live with me .

Hi, careguarden
You know, I am a student now and I no choice but to rely on my parents. But i always take part-time job to earn money in my summer holiday.
If i get married in the future and have my own family, i would not rely on my parents since we are grown up, we have to be responsible for ourselves. Ten years later, my parents are old enough to retire from their job.

My being married has nothing to do with it....I never could count on my parents and I dont get along with or have contact with my parents or my siblings for the most part.
