Do you love to travel?I like to travel a lot.It is true to say that travel cost money but travel can help me to enlarge the scope of this world. On the other hand, many travel experiences will enrich my life experience when I encounter different culture. It is fun to travel anyway,That's why I would like to learn from other's experience and see if any place I may consider as my next travel target.Thank you and may God bless you all.

Thinking back to my travels over the last five years I went to South Africa in 2009. My toddler son and I explored Cape Town and the Garden Route. In 2008 my toddler son and I went to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. In 2007 I went to Portugal with my toddler son. he was 4 months old for his first trip. It was lovely to take him the Lisbon and the beaches. In 2006 I went to Mexico, Belize and Guatemala plus to Bulgaria and Romania. I went to the Maldives in 2005.
My best travel experience was in 2009 to Cape Town. There we saw penguins and visited Scratch Patch. We went on a safari for two and a half hours. It was fascinating the meet the people from a poor township. I loved it in friendly South Africa. I also loved visiting lovely Belize where I did much snorkeling and saw Mayan ruins.

I think that you will love it in Africa. If you don't like hot weather you might be able to visit South Africa in their winter. I loved it in Kenya but you might find it hot there at any time of the year. Good luck with all the traveling that you will do.

In the last 5 years I have been to Spain, the UK, Poland, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Latvia and Lithuania. I love travelling and all of my trips have been interesting, but I think that enjoyed my vacation in Spain and in Latvia/Lithuania the most.
My brother was living in Spain for a while, and I went to visit him. He was staying in an apartment in the south of Spain and we drove around in the area and visited different cities and villages, and we also visited Gibraltar. This year my husband and I visited Lithuania and Latvia. We visited Vilnius, Kaunas, Riga and Sigulda, and we had a very good time.

Thank you for your sharing. What a great opportunity to gain travel experiences like yours.Spain is one of the place that I want to visit if I have a chance.I think I would love to visit all the countries in Europe if I am rich eouugh.Travel is fun but it really costs money and times. It is good to travel with family members but sometimes we all have to travel alone.I hope that you will enjoy your trip all the times.Thank you.

Hi wildlittlefan. Like you, I really love to travel...especially for vacation purposes. Sad to say, however, that most of my travels for the last five years were work-related. Normally, we work until early in the morning just to finish all our tasks ahead of time and to have some spare time for leisure purposes.
Despite being work-related, I guess my best travel experience for the last five years was in 2008 during our audit fieldwork in California. For the very first time, I traveled with my Bestfriend, he's my work colleague. We worked double time just for us to have a chance of visiting the Disneyland.

Thank you for your response. It is fun to travel around the world but travel for work will be a different story.By looking at your response, you must been working really hard on your California experience. But since you can visit Disneyland ,it is still an ok travel experience for someone who work hard for a long day.I hope you can have more vacation in the days to come and really enjoy your travel around the world.Have a good day.
