How healthy are you?

Healthy eating is very important, especially if you are wanting to have a healthy good life for yourself by eating a balanced diet that has just the right amount rather than chocolate and chips everyday - I eat fruits regulary everyday - mainly apples and bananas as they are my favourite but I also drink fruit drinks such as appel juice and orange juice which is pretty healthy and also when I eat soemthing fatty - i PUT SOME SALAD ASIDE WITH IT!
Are you healthy and if yes - what do you do to do so?

yea i guess eating vegetables and meat is the best way to get to be healthy portion of diet in right time and at right amount, for me i have my own way and am in perfect shape,no overweight no disease and nothing to be extraordinary body functions normal and feel in tip top condition, in fact am healthy as a horse can be,all i do is eat food at right time and proportion and make my body fit by exercise and train myself to be best with a good physic nothing like yoga create my own style and practice it.

i drink plenty of water daily to dissolve excess of fats and other molecules and get up very early morning so i breath air with pure oxygen which is essential to maintain our health and aviod junk food so much do not eat snacks whill wathing tv and involve sports activity for two days a week and keep my mind balanced for which i practice yoga every morning for just 15 minutes. take non veg weekly once and pray regularly those things are keep me balance in each atom of the life.

I often jog.Jogging can keep health diet .Eat more fruit is also a good idea,rather than eat calcium tablet.OUR forefather never eat any calcium,still live well.Nowaday,our enviroment very poor,It must influece our health.yes?

Just let me tell you, be careful with all that fruit.
Fruit is good, but it's also full of sugars and carbs.

Hi. I believe I'm healthy. I just eat three meals a day. Sometimes, I eat snacks. I'm not really choosy in terms of food to eat. But I have not been sick for several months now.
