this is probably the biggest ship in the world today, it is called the oasis of the seas and it was constructed for $1.5 billion, it has a capacity of carrying 6,000 people at a time and it comes with around 16 decks, the ship was said to be 5 times bigger than the titanic

I think cruise ship will get bigger and bigger. The bigger it is, the cheaper it is. When you have 6000 passengers paying for the facilities, the cruise will be less costly, and that means many families can afford it.

that "was" the biggest " now " they have 1 docking in ft.lauderdale holding 9,000 persons plus crew, already people are complaining that dumping 90000 plus people at 1 port all at once wont work and hamper ports of call. it sailed out of norway last week.

Hey people..i actually seen this ship..is not that big..I work on the cruise ships and we were always compering different cruise lines...by far Royal CAribbean is the greatest by inovations..I was on CArnival Dream the newest in CArnival fleet and also the largest...3646 capacity passengers...they say with the full capacity is 4600..crew is 1367...however...Oasis was next to my ship and the high was almost the same ..only thing is that Oasis is more wide..more chubby...and the only ship that is ope from behind and the top...Inside is made like walk in the park..on the street..with all the different shops..cheers
