Don't complain

I often heared the complain from my colleague, they complained the job was complexed, they complained the work environement is not good, they complained low salary, even complained the boss......I don't like complain, because I think since we accepted the job, then we need to do better job, don't always complain, if you can't do a good job, how do you get a good pay? Hi,mylotters, how about you, do you complain somethink when you work?

That's right and I agree with your points of discussion, I mean TOO MUCH complains showed that we unskillful in get use to it. I think they better be an employer instead of being an employee. There, their time to hear about what things are their employees do complain on them that would be. Two categories of complains; employee and employer. An employee always want less works given by their employer and an employer want more works to give to their employees.

You are right, stand the angle of employer who complain the employees do small works, and don't satisfy the result from employees. There always exsit the complain. We think don't complain will cause good result.

Human wants can never be satisfied. People will complain about anything that doesn't satisfy them. And it is a normal thing as without complain we don't see improvement. I do complain if the food I ordered in restaurant does not satisfy my taste-bud.

From the moment you sign the contract, it means that you are under the company policy, the rules and regulations that you must follow. There are some people who feel that they are not receiving enough compensation so they tend to look for another job with better salary. In my opinion as an employee, as long as you are enjoying the job, complaining is not a big issue, it happens all the time.
