What amenities do you look for in a hotel?

I am a sales director for an independently owned hotel and we're looking to begin upgrades. I'm curious what sort of conveniences/luxuries you look for when booking a hotel.

Thanks for your reply! Continental breakfast is one I'm pushing for but we have a restaurant so I'm not sure the owners will approve it. :( We just upgraded all of our wireless so that's excellent that that feature is important to people.
