Quick flashing ads - Aaaargh

My brain is getting scrambled with those millionth visitor ads!
I know you have to monetize Mylot so I'm happy to see ads and I do click on those that interest me.
BUT, you can filter out those really annoying quick flash ads. Please do.
Am I the only one who is prepared to turn off graphics on Mylot to get rid of them?

I hate those things too, they distract my eyes and bother my eyes and take my focus off what I am doing. I remember when they used to have the smiley face adds, and once in a while one of the smiley faces would say something like "HEY!" Just kind of out of the blue and it would scare the living daylights out of me. I haven't seen them do that in a while and I hope they don't ever put that add back up, my heart can't take being scare like that.
