hmm sounds like a plan, but not so into the holiday. You know if you are not into it then there is no point on forcing yourself to do something that is not in your heart.. I would replace it with something meaningful

I heard lots of strikes when it comes postal worker
here and the UK
I don't mean now but year after year it seems to always happen
would be nice if it doesn't happen before holidays
I am thinking to get something off ebay if money allows it

It always feels good when any strike is called off as I usually do not endorse strikes. But, as far as postal activity is concerned, the last time I used their service was nearly 5-6 years back during my wedding. Since then everything has been over emails or couriers that I have not used postal services at all!!
Cheers!

Postal Strikes don't concern me unless I am waiting for delivery on a Christmas Present, or something I've ordered. Though Also It's great when the postal service isn't on strike. I thought I've heard of a Postal Strike Before but I can't be sworn to it.

Yes, I am very glad that there is not going to be a postal strike! I was just thinking to myself yesterday that 42 cents is a whole lot. I remember when postage stamps were 29 to 32 cents. It seems like every year or other it goes up. I hope they will stop adding that extra penny.. One little penny can make a huge difference!

well for me, I don't have that kind of worries, because I don't send cards or letters to anyone. I might simply give them the gift, that is the best and greatest spirit for Christmas. Other than that, I don't have much time to do the trivial.

I had not heard that there might be a postal strike. I am glad that there will not be a strike just before Christmas.
