I don't know how it was go in western country.But in China,More and more girl won't get marry if her BF have no his own house and car.They thought as a husband,the boy should have house and car,should offer them a good life environment.Less girls would like to rent a house in their first marrige step.
This appearance may be refered to the price of the house went higher and higher.More and more people became snail,who burdant their house to live.How about your country?

..honestly speaking, shelter is one of the most important need of a family.. For me, I won't disagree with those ladies preferring guys who have a house and/or a car.. When I got married, I thought I was ready because I have a job.. the thing is, we don't have a house and my husband don't have one.. so after the wedding, we faced a big struggle looking for house for rent.. and for now, prices of house and lots continue to go up.. personally, I would encourage those who plan to marry to find a house to stay first before setting the wedding.. well, this is my own opinion and it doesn't mean this is what we do in our country.. Most people here just get married and facing the problem after wards.. I think this is the struggle of most newly married couples..
