a pop-up message is comming in my computer

hi mylot friends, i do not know that a messaging is comming in my computer and if delate it,several times it is comming the message is " you have to insert windows xp professional service pack 3 cd in to your CD rom drive, what is this and why it is comming and it is comming regularly from the morning itself,i does not have such cd rom pack with me,now itself once again i got the message,what to do?
