Anyone know about making/earning money adposting jobs in India&Other Countries?

Anyone know about ad posting jobs in India & other Countries. Past 6 months i am hearing about this.
Somehow people are earning through this adposting jobs but i dont know about how and what process is going on.
If i ask them they are asking Pre - investment nearly starting from Rs. 500 to Rs. 2000.
Anyone heard this. If yes Please discuss about it here
