Hi friends, We can see the persons who are interested to maintain their body in good condition follow some specific diet chart. Mostly actors and actresses follow the diet chart to keep their trim. Do you follow any specific diet chart. It is very difficult to follow the diet, to maintain our body. Do you follow anything like that friends.

I don't follow a diet chart. I find it very difficult to make all your meals and snacks fit into neat little categories. Maybe that's why I'm not some skinny size 4 girl though! I just don't have enough resolve to do it. I'd rather follow a more strict work out routine.

i dont follow any kind of diet chart but i maintain a fit, trim and healthy body. its simple, eat fresh foods prepared at home, dont gorge yourself, dont eat lots late in the day and exercise everyday whether it only be a walk or a few crunches.
i eat lost of fruit and vegies - keeping on hand lots of my favourite ones for snacks.
i try not to eat out and if i do i try to choose a healthier option eg subway.
i drink heaps of water including an ice cold glass before meals which helps metabolism.
i try to eat a variety of foods - fruit, veg, lentils, grains, dairy, meat, poultry products.
have tasty healthy treats on hand - nuts, low fat yogurt etc.
i eat regularly (at least five times a day) and dont have large meals - dinner is my smallest meal of the day.
i dont add salt, oil or butter to my foods.
im not saying i dont like chocolate or fast foods. i love chocolate and when i eat it i eat a lot but i dont do this very often.
for me i dont need a chart because i enjoy eating healthily - it keeps me healthy and all the foods i eat taste fantastic.
its just about balance, knowing what is good for you and knowing what you like. once you can master these three things there is no need for any kind of plan.

No. I don't. I would find it very limiting. Though it could be an option at some point in my life. I wouldn't throw out the idea. I think I may have used to. When I was vegetarian. I ate by a guide. It is an earlier edition of Fit For Life. I ate fruit until noon, and I chose not to eat meat. It was really fun. My dad is going to try it, but he is stressing more the recipe options, and not exactly what I did. Mainly my diet guidelines right now, are eat well. I have a banana sometimes. Water. Coffee with skim milk- not going to Starbucks. Also I enjoy protein foods such as meat. And cheese. And olives that are fatty. They really fill me up, and I like them. Ramen is good. Salty. It's not so good for you, you could say, but if you don't eat a lot it can be good. I think. Plus it is yummy and quick.

It’s a good idea to have an idea of the calories that most food items have. If it is a packed thing then the label is sure to have the calories that the substance has.
