PC restart after login

as tittle , my PC will restart itself after log in.
when i log in , there is no explorer and no desktop icons , just the mouse cursor , then about 0~15 seconds restart. I'm confuse why the computer restart again. So, if somebody can help me. Please give any solutions ? is it possible to not format my PC? because i have many data and program in there. Thanks.

I think your pc is vry badly infected wth viruses....Does ur pc start aftr many tries or not??If ur pc starts then do scan first anti-virus,anti-malware and anti-spyware...may be it can help and if this cant then u hve to format there is no other way..So always remember whtever u store in ur pc...take back-up of importanat things in dvd so when ever ur in such situation u can format the pc wthout any worry...
