When you are asking how to become genuine, then you are already asking to be "not genuine". Genuine is the true you. If you want to be someone else, it is not genuine anymore. the way i can advise you is for you to think about you. How should you react to some conditions, how should you feel to some conditions, etc if you act as another self, feel as another self, you are becoming that other self.
