Since the beginning of the year, estate market in China became hot and the house prices rise in a great extent day by day. I orderd one house in 60m2 more or less for about 310000RMB in June, while till October, I had to pay at least 400000RMB for the same house. The price is rising in such a rocket pace that even I tighten my pocket still feel much pressure.

Of course not.I have no money and i am badly need money. With the devoloping of our country ,the price in the real estate is higher and higher. If you are not rich enough, most of us can't afford a house at all. What a bad condition and i really hope to own a sweet house. It maybe not so big and environment is not so fancing but comfortably then it is ok.

Right now, my husband and I can't afford a house. We're both students, which is why we can't afford a house and why we are only renting an apartment. Someday we both hope to be able to buy one. We hope that, after we graduate, we can jobs, pay back our student loan, and hopefully save some money to be able to buy one. I don't think that we'll get one any time soon. But it's definitely in our plans for the future and we want to work towards that goal.

Ahaha! The house price is higher and higher in China, and of course I cannot afford a house as a student. From the angle of scarce resourse, the price will be higher and higher in the future long run. It's too horrific to buy a house in China.

Hi Smilejanica, We can affords a house but it's not our priority this time. We are just renting an apartment and hopefully get our own next year. With the present economic situation getting a house and lot is difficult but real estate now is offering low prices and different payment schemes so that buyers will be able to buy one.
