@ Reploid, Well, I just want to gain more confidence, I'm already smoking too however, I really feel lazy all day and I want to go back to the same routines I had then, like exercising and keeping myself flexible to sports. It's just hard to get focused when everybody's trying to provoke you sometimes... Thanks for your comment.

Hi Loverica19, instead of dieting?... are you a little overweight or what?.. why do you need to go on dieting?... Are you asking for the 10 things to slim down instead of dieting?... is that what you mean?..well if I am not mistaken... there's a lot of ways to keep you slim aside from working out if you think you are too lazy for it... less fats and carbohydrates, more fruits and vegetables, no eating after 7pm, walk at least 1000 steps a day, don't be a couch potato... but exercise is the best way to slim down... take care

loverica hi well you could add exercise to your daily routine, do some weight lifting, walk a lot, eat a healthy live style.'

By your description I think you don't have a job right now. First thing you should do is find a job while doing mylot, I assume you got plenty of time for yourself. In the mean time, if you want to fully maximize your time and take care of your health then do some exercise. Instead of dieting do something that can help benefit others and at the same time can benefit your health.
For example; join different programs like "a walk/run for a cause". This programs will truly be beneficial for you and at the same time you did something good to contribute to the development of your community or other people

Hello Lover and welcome to my lot. A few years back I weight over 287 and now I weigh 160. I did this by replacing 2 meals a day with Special K and walking I started off slow but about 6 months in the weight loss I started to notice things seemed to be getting bigger and bigger on me. I was wearing sweat pants and sweat shirts. Now I am wearing jeans again. How much better I feel these days. I can do work and not ware myself out. I did have a sugar problem and now I don't have that problem anymore. It has been about 3 years but I am really active every day. And I feel like I can do things that I used to do when I was a young person. Hope this helps you. Have a great day!

Hi, Loverica. I have a girl friend, but always dieting at last time. My grandmother always tell me not to sit after eat, so I advice her not to sit and walk around or standing after eat for 10 to 15 minute. It really work. She have problem of gastric, I can't see her pain and I don't want her dieting. I always advice her not to dieting because it bad for her health. Then I invite her to play simple sport game with me, like jogging together, play badminton, and swimming. Have a nice day to you.
