Cooking Thanksgiving dinner

This year, I have been nominated to fix Thanksgiving dinner. I have only cooked a turkey once in my entire life. I know what I am fixing but this year, I am having the in-laws. Have never had to think about that before. Usually, I just have to cook for myself and my kids. I am really worried that something will go terribly wrong or something won't taste good. I was sort of excited but now I feel like a bucket of nerves. Will this be better by tomorrow evening when I start cooking? I have everything I need but my nerves just wont settle. I don't know if I can take this now.

It will be ok. Stick to those things that you feel comfortable cooking. Do not try to experiment with new recipes. If you run into any trouble with your turkey there is an 800 number to butterball. They have experts on hand to help you with all of your turkey cooking questions. Relax Thanksgiving is just another meal with a few extra side dishes. Have a Great Thanksgiving. Gobble gobble gobble. :o)
