my ex wife refuse to sign Power of Attorney. need help!

Before divorce she agreed to sign but after the divorcing till today she has refused to do so. We have a house, under both our name and need to get rid, due the bank is autioning the property. The bank loan interest is accumulating day after day. Should i declare bankruptcy so that she will respond to this matter? or how to make her to sign,or any other solution. Ex wife is reluctant to answer my call or look into this matter. Hope can someone can help me. Am from Malaysia. Thank you.
