Booking with atsiam.com -- is it good?

Has anyone here in mylot tried booking with atsiam.com? I've seen their site and their rates are really really much cheaper than other booking sites that I've checked so far. I need to know if they have a good service before I'd book with them. I would really appreciate your help guys! :) Thanks in advance! Love Lots!!!
