Hi, to overcome high blood pressure, you may want to try the famous vinegar and honey combination. Read article: http://www.benefits-of-honey.com/vinegar-and-honey.html

That's pretty high blood pressure, but you can lower it by exercising more and losing weight. Don't smoke, limit yourself to one caffeine drink per day (soft drinks, tea and coffee). Add celery, concord grapes and/or concord grape juice to your daily diet. There are herbal remedies for high blood pressure which will help, but taking care of the basics will cut it without extra expense.

While I don't feel that it is possible to completely control high blood preasure without some medical intervention another thing you can do is work out a healthy way of reducing stress. Try to find ways to calm yourself if you feel unusally agverated, or emotional. Stress and the reactions to it can cause the preasure to raise. Try to work on tequnies to help you stay relaxed in tense situations. While they are unavoidable proper managment can prevent heart atacks or strokes.
