I find some of the names of people on here amusing and sometimes wonder how they came into that name. So I guess I am just curious as to how people picked their names. Is there a story behind it, a meaning, a joke, or something else?? I am sure this could turn into an interesting subject so just let me know!!
I chose my name back when I was 22 years old. I was living almost 8 hours from home and missed my mom terribly. A cinquefoil is a type of rose and my mom LOVES roses. So I chose my name because of her. It is a special secret we share between the two of us.
Sooo....How did you come into your mylot name?

I like that you have a special meaning behind your name. I never knew that that was a type of rose but I would like to just look into it. Anyways, I do know what you mean with everyone's different name choices. I usually wonder myself how and why become chose the names that they have chosen. I mean my name is actually pretty simple. It's my real first name. I figure more than likely no one would have it here. And I was right when I put it in, but if by any chance that day my name was taken then I would have chosen the name chubchub. I know it's weird but its a nickname that I have from my husband cause of my chubby cheeks.

Such an interesting name but then to there are so many of us from all over the world meeting up here on this website. So there is much to learn...I don't mean to insult but I never would have guessed that to be your real name!! But I do like chubchub. Cute nicknames like that always have a soft spot in my heart...

Captain Morgan and I were great friends in the past...But that is definitely a post for another day, lol....But I definitely think it is cool how you combined your name with such a popular name (and substance) ;)
