We'll not be together this Christmas..

I think it will be a not so happy Christmas for me and my boyfriend. We both now that we will not be together on December 25 cause we should be with our own families but we planned to stay in our friend's resort together with our friends the day after but I have a problem now. Our company will held a camp starting Dec. 25. The camp will last for 1 month, I don't how to tell him about it when he is very excited with that stay at our friend's resort..

If you love him and he you he'll understand. After all it's for career growth, and if you one day marry him it may pay off. That is to say that you may find yourself in a higher position at work with more money and you can start your lives together. I am sorry that you won't be with your bf on Christmas, but maybe you can see him and have your own Christmas with him the day before Christmas Eve.

Yes, when I found out about it, I thought of celebrating our own Christmas together befor I leave but when I talk to my friend he said that my bf has a reservation in one of our friends resort for the two of us on 26th that's why it makes harder for me to tell him..

So you are not supposed to know? Then I would just tell him that you have to go for job training and see if he'll tell you. He may be able to postpone, especially if it is in a friend's resort. Good Luck and Happy Christmas Holidays!
