I saw this on ABC news this evening. There's a at moose in Vermont that was raised by man on a Game Reserve after being attacked by some dogs when he was a few days old ...... now some burocrats want too see this loving moose killed. The whole community seems to love Pete and I say if he's of no harm to anyone or anything let Pete alone!
If the President can pardon a turkey on Thanksiving. I think govenor Jim Douglas can PARDON A MOOSE!

I can't believe people are wasting their time and money in an effort to kill something that is doing no harm to anyone. The poor thing! Who in the world decided to do this in the first place? I took a look at the site you posted. I hope it works and that the moose comes to no harm.

Pete's celebrity could bring revenue to the area w/o making it a tourist trap as well. So to me just end the saga pardon the moose and let him live out his life on the refuge.

I wrote an email. I told him with all that's going on now, he should find something constructive to do. Also, he makes me ashamed to be a Republican. A lot more, but I really gave him a piece of my mind in the most polite, civil way I could.
Thanks for posting this, I hope he gets a lot of email supporting Pete.
