They generally pay you a cent per post. So if you have responded a lot you need to get more. BTW, the payments reflect a day late, so maybe the payment is not reflecting for yesterday but day before yesterday. You can check that out. That might answer your problem.
Cheers!

Nowhere, absolutely NOWHERE does it say that we earn 1 cent per post!
The earnings aglorithm is not known to anyone except the admin.
It takes into account many things including the value of the star and quality of posts and discussions being deleted.
Oh and those who never talk about how much they are earning are probably earning much more than those who do, because they do not lose their posts for doing so.
Please be aware of the Guidelines and the FAQs if you wish to earn here.

I don't think mylot pays us one cent per post because I have noticed that mylot pays us depending on the quality of our posts not necessarily, quantity. If, for example, I have responded with a very long and detailed response, mylot will add it as just one post but not one cent. When I first joined mylot, I posted just 12 responses (no discussion of my own). The next day I saw 15 cents beside my profile. That is my observation.

Well how myLot pays its users is still a mystery. myLot has kept the earnings formula a secret so that there might not arise scams and other competition, although I don't believe that there is any site as good as myLot. But its better we don't know how much we will get paid for each post. What we should be concerned about is making quality and quantity of posts. In this way we can be sure of getting a regular income from mylot.

Hello there! First of all, earnings on discussion depends on the quality of the post so there is no exact amount for each discussion, response, or comment posted. In addition to that, one line or short posts are not paid so try to post longer ones. Not all your posts within a particular day will be paid on the same day, wait for the next day for another update. As stated on the earnings section, all amounts are estimates and subject to changes until payments are made. It is because they will review some posts and delete those that are abusive or had violated the rules, it will cause deduction of earnings for the user who have done such thing. If you have some questions, just ask. Have a nice day!

Ohh dear your are repeatidly saying that you will improve yourself and you say that you have understand that others are repeatidly trying to advice you but still you are giving the short replies.
Try to elaborate whatever you want to say . discuss it not just say it. You are typing under the title discussion . not chatting anyways so when you are going to discuss anything details are required. And one more thing no stories kind of things. just quality stuff. remember you are being judged from your wording and style and thoughts you share . MyLOT want you to share thoughts with others try to bring new ideas and not to just post the reply without any proper idea behind it.
I hope that I would expect a little length and quality from you onwards

In order to earn in here, you need to be active and participate in disucssions with quality posts. If they aren't quality, you won't get much if anything at all. We really don't know what each post is worth, and to try to speculate is a violation of the TOS. I rally don't care, as all I know is, I am getting paid but you know, that isn't the most important thing about mylot. Most will come in hee thinking that the money is more important than sharing or learning, but it isn't. the earnings are just a bonus anyway. when I first started I felt that way, but no more. If I don't make payout one month, then I will just try a little harder to get it the next month. People really miss what mylot is all about when they just worry about their earnings. Every post needs to be quality, which means they should be more than just a few lines or a few words, as you don't get paid for those. Also, you should post comments to any responses you receive, as you are only paid for what you do, and not what others do. You need to post more than just thanks, as those comments won't be paid for either. I hope this has helped. Good luck to you adn happy mylotting.

dude.. your responses are short and sometimes irritating.. i saw some of your posts.. be sincere enough to respond to discussion in a good manner.. dont just post for the sake of your money.. post because you wanna socialize and help others.. if you're just here to help yourself well i guess it wont earn you a lot.. goodluck..

By the looks of it you really need to learn how to post some longer responses. The one liners don't pay. When you start a discussion you should respond to every one of the replies otherwise you wont be paid for all of them. These are just a few ways to help you to earn more. Always make sure that you have at the least 3 line responses, otherwise you wont be earning.
