Do you think working with your brother's company had advantages?

Do you think working with your brother's or your sibling's company had advantages? Some would said yes because of the family relationship but a lot of my friend were against working with fellow siblings as your bosses. This is due to the fact that some decision might had implication to their family relationship. Not about nepotism but more of the decision might become biased if it decide toward the sibling but would be otherwise if it is not on the view of the siblings. Should we just agreed with what your sibling bosses decide in a company?

I see only disadvantages over it. Working in a family business wherein you see your siblings as your boss would have a big impact on the company and to you. You already stated the company impact like nepotism and the decision making. For yourself, you would end up like not getting on your own feet, relying on your siblings for income. Better yet put-up your own company or a branch of it and let them manage it by yourself.
