Hi,
Hmm... I like chocolate cakes too! It is my favorite from all other types of cakes. Second comes the cheese cake and then all other types of cakes. Basically I am a cake lover and I love all cakes but yeah... chocolate cakes are the best! Lol...
I don't actually know how to bake a good chocolate cake. I have some recipes with me, but I don't think it tastes as good as the ones I buy from the bakeries. However, I'll share one of them here and you can try to make it at home, who knows it might be your favorite if not mine.
Here it goes:
Devil Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
125 grams self-raising flour
25 grams cocoa powder
3 eggs
150 grams margarine
150 grams brown sugar
3 tablespoons fresh milk
1 tablespoon ovelette
a pinch of salt
Method:
0
1. Beat sugar and margarine for 10 minutes.
2. Add in eggs and ovelette, then milk.
3. Fold in the flour, cocoa powder and a pinch of salt.
4. Spread a thin layer of margarine onto the surface of the baking tin which is already covered with a piece of paper.
5. Pour the cake mixture into the pan and bake in a preheated oven with 180 degrees around 40 minutes or until the cake is evenly baked.
6. You can decorate the cake using your own creativity. Happy baking!

The best cake would be of course a large exquisite chocolate cake with a smooth creamy white frosting and a vanilla ice cream filling. Of course you could be creative with this and add anything of your liking. For me, I would most definitely sprinkle oreos and brownies on top of it. Even add some more ice cream on the side.

It was just a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. But at the same time, it was oh so much more. lol
The intensity of the chocolate was just so amazing. It wasn't dark chocolate (I'm not a fan of dark chocolates in general) but it was crazy flavorful. It was from a local bakery and it's sort of a secret recipe. Although, there are many duplicate and "copycat" recipes floating around the Internet for it, I've never tried to make it myself. I know my hands could never create anything that terrific. lol
