No. Paypal won't send us any card after verifying our status. I have been a verified member of paypal for more than a year now but I never received any card. I am also wishing they would send us an atm-like card or any printed certification or identification, but as of now I think that is not possible.

i dont think so paypal never gives us a card but we need a credit to get verified so we can withdraw in local bank account if you withdraw less than 150$ you got the fees. good luck

Fee will be $2 if you are confirming your account in Paypal for the first time. But you will have this back once it is already verified Have a great day!

In fact, PayPal does have a credit card system in place, though it is only available in certain countries. Living in Australia, I'm not eligible, though I know for a fact that PayPal users in the US or UK have the option to apply for a PayPal credit card.
