Does Beauty And Brains Go Together?

Hi friends, generally people will say beauty and brains will never go together. One who is beautiful will concentrate more on his looks and appearences and will be less intellectual. One who is more intelligent like scientist will have less concentration on their looks and appearence.
What is your opinion about this friends?

a pretty face is nothing with an empty brain.a beautiful person is someone who has a great personality.a beautiful person is someone who think beautiful thoughts.a beautiful person is someone who says beautiful words to people.a beautiful person is someone who has a great heart.beauty is not really all about the face.brains and a great personality are more important.

I don't think it's uncommon for beauty and brains to go together. I think brains and popularity are far more rare than beauty and brains.
I know of a lot of women who really look good but do have brains as well. I think it's a matter of environment. When you put yourself in a situation where your brains do the talking all the time, then you'd probably have lesser time worrying about your appearance. Further, if you always envelope yourself with women who are far more concerned about looks, then for sure you'd have no time studying much.
But who says being beautiful won't allow you to be educated? Neither does being brainy stop your genes from transforming you into a beauty. Don't you think?
