I think I've been pretty patient.Whenever I ask God for something,He doesn't give it to me,even when I know I truly have faith, when I'm sure He's gonna give it to me,He ends up giving me something else. Please tell me something that help my question and make me feel better. And I am thankful for what I have, but what I want money can't buy it.

Hello shona Sometimes God gives us a test, to see if our faith is truly. Even if our faith is truly perhaps what your asking for is not on His providence, even if you think it is something necessary God knows better, just have faith.

Sometimes the worst thing you can do is give a person everything they want and nothing of what they need to grow and mature. Many people have ruined there lives getting exactly what they wanted or thought they wanted.

I remembered wanting something really badly once, and when I prayed for it, I knew it was kind of impossible for it to happen. So, more than a prayer, it was a talk with God, telling him how it was and how I thought it should be, and wishing really hard that it would happen. The kicker is, it happened just as I wished it, almost a week later! I think it's important you give God the 'why' and 'how' of your prayer, not just the 'what'. And keep holding on - he knows what he's doing, and he loves you and wants you to be happy :)

God's time is always the best. Keep on waiting on the Lord, He is truthful. He will always answer our prayers at His appointed time. The problem with us is that we would like to put a formula for God to use when answering our requests. God, our God is not like that. He has His formula different from what we think and has time different from ours when answering our prayers. He will fulfill what we want if we ask in good faith.

Keep up your faith. The most important is that you believe He will gonna answer and His answer is best. Or He might have already been answering you but you are just yet to get more convincing manifestation. So, check your heart out,too and continue to be sensitive to God's gentle voice in responding to your prayers.

God gives us what He thinks is good for us. Patience needs a lot of time of waiting. What you might be waiting is still on the way. God gives us things in perfect time and in perfect form, He wants us to be able to appreciate that thing/gift. that's why He wants us to wait and have other things for now. Just like in failed relationships, He gives us people that might hurt us and people we might hurt because He wants us to learn something about that relationship, and whatever we learned in the past relationship we must improve in the next one. Think positive and think that God wants to give you the best that is why HE wants you to wait. He'll answer you surely but you have to be open also that what you might be asking is not what God wants for you to have.Coz God answers three ways, YES, NO and Wait. be happy if He's asking you to wait it means, He stores something good for u

God is not a genie in a bottle. What you want, you should make happen yourself. God gave us free will but His will will be done.

He doesnt think you need what you really want. That is why He sends you something else that He feels is better for you. God knows best. He knows you well and he knows what you really want. so, accept what He gives you, thank Him for it, and you will be surprised what the result will be from what you will get out of it. He will give you want you want in His own way. He is God. He is The Boss of the world.

Faith isn't believing that God can..It is knowing that he will. Don't be so sure that when God gives you something different than what you asked for.. that he isn't giving you what you really need. You are thankful for what you have..but....Try telling God you are really thankful and leave out the but. Maybe instead of praying for God to give you what you want, you could try praying for God to give you what you need to acheive it.

Hello, Now you said that when you pray you have faith, but it sounds to me like subconsciously when you pray you are not believing wholeheartedly. If you dont mind, i would like you to look up these verses in your bible. I think they will help you : JOHN 20:27-29,MARK 9:23,MATTHEW 8:13,MATTHEW 21:22. I'm not some judgeing older preacher, in fact i'm 24 and very open minded and worldly. It's just my experience is that if you really believe you will recieve. Even if you are praying and believing and then recieving things you think you didn't ask for, with no materialisation of the thing you want. Did it ever occur to you that the thing or situation God has lead you to will eventually lead you to what it is you desire? All things are possible to he/she who believes- MARK 9:23
