I thought everyone would find this fascinating, especially with the generation that we live in. So many folks are so caught up in the everyday nonsense that they have completely lost sight of the only things that matters.
Every wonder what would happen if we treated our Bible like we treat our cell phone? What if we carried it around in our purse or pockets?
What if we flipped through it several time a day?
What if we turned back to get it if we forgot it?
What if we used it to received message from the text?
What if we treated it like we couldn't live without it?
What if we gave it to kids as a gift?
What if we used it when we traveled?
What if we used it in case of emergency? One more thing. Unlike our cellphone, we don't have to worry about our Bible disconnected because Jesus already paid the bill and NO Dropped calls!Make you stop and think, 'where are my priorities'?

We, as Christians, has lost our priorities..Everybody use their bible only for sunday and the rest of the days,,we dont even want to know where it is..!!
Lets give priority to our bible please..Take it as more important than your cellphone or laptop..Read the bible daily..That will keep the devil away..
Suggestion: Take the book of proverbs and read it for one month,,one chapter everyday. If you try to obey it all, then you'll be the 100% perfect man in the world.(try and you can be atleast 10%)..

Yes most Christians but not all have lost our priorities. We have to go back to our first love. The bible is God's love letter to us. It is our blue print to live an excellent life. I consider this as a reminder to myself as well.

That is a very strong reminder. If all of us treat our bible the same way as we treat our cellphones, life can be so perfect. But your wishful thinking is already a reality. There is already a bible software application, which can be downloaded to a cellphone. I saw some of my church mates who use their cp as their bible because of that application. :-)

Ouch! It caught right here.
I admit I am treating my cellphone like my best friend. But upon reading this, it opens my eyes and touches my heart.
Thank you very much for this text.

In our life we are using cell phone every day. similar to this we should read the holy bible everyday. In cell phone, we can not make a call without paid the bill. But we can speak the Lord Jesus Christ Without paying any money. This will give us endless talk time. Jesus will pay us in any way for the time we spend with Jesus.
