What is the best way to stay fresh in winter ?

I would say carry around a compact/travel-sized lotion bottle with you at all times, in your purse, briefcase, or in your car. And moisturize whenever you can! I always have the problem of drying up during the winter, just because the cold seems to be good at drying out skin (maybe that's just me). That's the one tip I have! Hope it helps!
